On behalf of Blackstone FLOW is responsible for the commercial asset management of office assets in the Netherlands.

Jasper Groothuis


Jasper is a former employee of Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as a member of the industrial agency department, led the office agency department, and eventually became a Partner and a member of the Dutch Capital Markets team.

Daan van Helsdingen


Daan is a former employee of OVG Real Estate, where he worked at multiple teams such as the “sustainability team” and the OVG development team. He eventually became a commercial manager in the OVG sales team. As a commercial manager he was responsible for “end-user” acquisitions in Rotterdam and The Hague as well as project sales to real estate investors.

Mark Hesselink


Mark is a former employee of OVG Real Estate, where he served as Commercial Director and part of OVG’s management team. He was responsible for all Dutch development projects. Before joining OVG, Mark worked at Cushman & Wakefield as the head of the Office Agency department.

Stefan Kamphuis


Stefan is a former employee of Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as an analist in the Capital Markets team. Stefan’s involvement in the Capital Markets team comprised the sale and purchase of retail- and office portfolios. He has also been part of the team that advised the Dutch Ministry of Finance and the European Commission.

Sjoerd Lycklama


Sjoerd is a former employee of OVG Real Estate, where Sjoerd developed HQ-offices for companies such as ASICS, Schneider Electric and Sonion. Furthermore, Sjoerd played an important role in the development of several buildings on the Amsterdam South-Axis. For example, he was responsible for the commercial success of The Edge and has been the creative mind behind Valley, an iconic building that is currently being constructed on the Beethovenstraat in Amsterdam.

Fabrizio Rigutto

Commercieel manager

Fabrizio is a former employee of CBRE in Rotterdam, where he served as broker and real estate advisor. Fabrizio assisted many (inter) national real estate investors in their leasing and marketing strategy, and was responsible for the execution of the respective leasing and marketing activities.

Jurriaan Snijders


Jurriaan was werkzaam bij OVG Real Estate, waar hij als ontwikkelingsmanager verantwoordelijk is geweest voor de realisatie van verschillende nieuwbouwprojecten. In 2010 promoveerde Jurriaan tot adjunct-directeur, in deze rol was Jurriaan eindverantwoordelijk voor de technische ontwikkeling van diverse projecten tegelijkertijd, van verwerving tot realisatie.

Robert van Alphen


Robert started his career at Ballast Nedam. During eight years, he worked on multiple public-private partnerships, like Spoorzone Delft and Euroborg Groningen – the football stadium of FC Groningen. After Ballast Nedam, Robert joined OVG Real Estate for about 10 years, eventually as Director Projects. At OVG, he was responsible for innovative projects such as The Edge in Amsterdam (highest BREEAM score worldwide) and TNT Centre in Hoofddorp. Robert was also responsible for the iconic project Valley on the Amsterdam South-Axis.
